Gönye Design is an Istanbul-based interior architecture and design office founded by Architect Yelin Evcen and Interior Architect Gönül Ardalin 2010. Having an extensive experience in many multimix, residential, hospitality, retail and workplace interiors designed as a creative partner of leading real estate investment and construction companies in Turkey, Gönye Design has been expanding its design activites in the Middle East, Asia and Europe. With its unique and innovative approach shaped according to the context of each project, Gönye Design aims to realize the project with the conservation of the details that create the concept integrity and optimum use of resources, by leading all stakeholders from creation of the design scenario to the completion of the project.
Gönül Ardal and Yelin Evcen's blend of professional passion with their systematic working method is an effective combination of interior design & architecture disciplines with highly considered technical and financial aspects of projects takes their interior design practice beyond decoration. Gönye Design, which was given the title of “Design Center” by the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology in 2017 with the aim of increasing innovative activities that will create added value in the international market, has been awarded by many national and international organizations in different categories such as European Property Awards (2013-2014), A 'Design Award (2014, 2015), IDA Design Award (2017) and Architecture Masterprize (2018) and aims to become a global brand with its unique designs in interior architecture.



She was born in Istanbul, in 1975. After her graduation from highschool in 1993, she studied architecture in Istanbul Technical University. Until 2010, she worked as an interior archiect in many housing and office projects. During their partnership with Gonul Ardal, they focused on residential and office projects and have been awarded many times. She has also been lecturing at many universities as a guest lecturer.



She was born in Istanbul, in 1977. She studied Interior Architecture in Mimar Sinan University. After her graduation in 2000, she worked as interior designer in many retail and residential projects. Since 2010, she has been working on multiple housing projects including all the common areas of the projects such as clubhouses, indoor pools, fitness areas and restaurants. Their Loca penthouse design, was rewarded as the "Best Showhome in Europe" in "European Property Awards" organisation.
